About

A space just for you.

Welcome, I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor committed to helping individuals in their 20s and 30s. I help clients learn how to process past trauma safely and effectively, better understand and manage anxiety and depression symptoms, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. In addition to talk therapy, I am also trained in EMDR to treat PTSD related symptoms, anxiety, depression, and more. I have additional training in IFS Therapy, which can be a helpful treatment method for individuals with complex trauma history, attachment challenges, etc. I realize that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming. I’m passionate about creating a comfortable space for people to be heard and work toward healing. If you’re interested in scheduling an appointment with me, please send an appointment request using the link at the top of this page.
